Hoshigaki Hachiya Persimmons - 1 lb

These persimmons may have green shoulders and can be used for preparing Hoshigaki. Each persimmon is cut with a t-stem for the hanging process. 

Please note that Hachiya should be very soft with a deep orange color before eating/baking.
