Refunds and Credits
If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us immediately. We advise reporting any problems within 7 days of delivery, as we typically cannot provide refunds, credits, or charge adjustments for issues reported beyond this timeframe.
For missing products or other order issues, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit or a partial/full refund. We might request a photograph to verify product quality complaints before issuing any refund or credit.
Store credit is provided as a discount code for future orders. This credit can be used right away and does not expire.
Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company. If you do not see the refund within this period, please contact your bank or credit card company directly regarding their refund policies.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.
Returns
Ocean2Table does not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered or picked up. If you encounter a problem with your order, please email us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
