Get your order delivered fee-free to a CSF Pickup Site near you! Pickup orders have a reduced minimum and no delivery charge. Select "Pickup Site" at checkout and choose a location near you.

Each pickup site will has an estimated order drop-off window and an 8 pm cutoff time. On your order date, we will send email updates including a drop-off ETA and a drop-off confirmation. We would like to thank our hosts who have graciously opened up space for the community. Let's make a positive change to the food system!

Ocean2Table CSF Pickup Site Policies

Porch Pickup LocationsWe have seven pickup locations: Santa Cruz Ocean2Table Warehouse, Santa Cruz (Soquel), Santa Cruz (Midtown), Southwest San Jose (Westgate Village), Los Altos (Fremont & Grant Rd), Palo Alto (Green Acres), and San Carlos. Six locations are graciously hosted by Ocean2Table community members at their homes. To respect the privacy of our hosts, pickup site address are not posted on our site. Pickup Site addresses and details are included in your order confirmation email.

Warehouse PickupPickup orders at our Santa Cruz warehouse will be ready at 12pm on your selected order date. We recommend picking up your order as close to 12 pm as possible. The team leaves for the day at 3 pm, and after this time the pickup cart is wheeled out to the parking lot for easier access. You're welcome to come and pickup your order any time before 8 pm, but we encourage picking up as close to 12 pm as possible. 

Fish In A Pinch – Select In-Store (Same Day) at checkout to get your order in ~30 minutes or less Tuesday through Thursday between 12-2 pm. Walk-ins are also available. We ask that you are patient with our staff as we work to assist walk-in orders as fish is cut fresh upon ordering and fish availabilities can vary. Ordering for In-Store (Same Day) in advance allows you to select your pickup time which helps avoid wait times and helps us to stay organized. 

Your insulated cooler bag –  Do not take Ocean2Table CSF Coolers. Each pickup order will be individually packed in an Ocean2Table CSF Cooler and labeled with your name and order number. Please bring your personal cooler with ice packs with you to the pickup location to collect your fish from the O2T cooler and transport your fish home at the ideal temperature. We strongly recommend you place your seafood in a refrigerator as soon as possible after picking up your share. 

Only take the package(s) from the CSF cooler with your name on it. All packages are labeled; if there isn’t one there for you, there is a reason why and we will do our best to connect you with your order. If you have someone pick up for you, please inform them of this policy.

Pickup Time – Each pickup site will has an estimated order drop-off window and an 8 pm cutoff time. It is against O2T policy to approach the host’s porch to pick up your order after this time. On your order date, we will send email updates including a drop-off ETA and a drop-off confirmation. We encourage you to pick up your order as close to the drop-off time as possible. 

Missing Your Pickup – If you miss your pickup, your order will be donated to an interested party. It is your responsibility to pick up your order, and if you don’t pick it up we cannot credit you. 

Holiday Changes – We will give you plenty of notice if we need to make any holiday date changes.

Customer Service – Do not disturb the hosts, they are volunteers, not O2T employees. Please contact Ocean2Table directly if you need customer service.
