Ingredients: Yecora rojo flour, Patron(similar to yecora), Rye flour, Type 70 flour, water and salt.

Baked at Manresa Bread in Los Gatos, California and delivered fresh to us each morning.

To ensure to get a freshly baked loaf, please select this option if you are ordering for THURSDAY delivery or pick-up. 

(Orders to San Mateo & Santa Clara Counties placed before 7am on Thursday are delivered on Thursday, unless Friday is requested in "order notes." All orders placed after 7am on Thursday are delivered on Friday. Orders to Santa Cruz & Monterey Counties are delivered on Friday only.)
